His Excellency, The Hon. President of Sri Lanka appoints the Chairperson and Members to the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka under Article 41A of the Constitution of Sri Lanka (together with Sections 3 of the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka Act No 21 of 1996) on 10 December 2020.
