Lakshan Fernando1989 October 16, received his early education St. Sebastian College at Moratuwa. Completed Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) Programme at Open University of Sri Lanka and followed a course on Social Harmony and Transitional Justice. He has successfully completed 3 Months Internship Programme at Rights Now-Collective for Democracy in 2014. Worked as Legal and Administrative Officer at Families of the Disappeared from 2016.
Works as Legal Officer at Right to Life Human Rights Center from 2018.
