Estate worker’s wage struggle postponed for another week…

Minister of Labor Mr. Nimal Siripala de Silva last decided on December 22 to give estate employers a week to make the final decision to increase the minimum daily wage of estate workers to Rs. 1,000 as per the 2021 budget proposals.
