On 5th February 2019, Public Awareness first program started from the Kandy. As a per-publicity we were about to distribute leaflets and Posters but it was canceled due to the legal situation based on Kandy. Discussion was mainly focused on torture related issues and political issue in the country. The program was held at Sri Pushpadana Hall Kandy at 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. with the representative of current Government, Civil Society at the panel. Mr. Raja Uswatakeiyawa – Civil Society Activist, was the coordinator of the program.
